Normally priced at £129.38, the case is priced at just £83.88, a SAVING OF £45.50.

That’s less than £7 a bottle – amazing value!

 What’s in my case?

Decanal Prosecco NV

Helen says: Brilliantly perky prosecco with pear fruits and a gorgeous lemon sherbet-like fizz. Extra points for a lovely label, too. Yes, I’m that shallow.

Lime Leaf Verdejo 2016

Helen says:  From Spain’s Rueda region, this is a super Sauvignon-like white made from the Verdejo grape. Fresh, crisp and grapefruit-y, it’s made for the fridge door.

Shingle Peak Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Helen says: Laithwaites get a small allocation of this mighty Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc every year. Thrilled we get to snaffle some for our case. Amazing with seafood.

Casa Ermelinda Freitas Dona Ermelinda Branco 2015

Helen says: Bright, sunny white made from some of Portugal’s local grapes (there are more than 300 to choose from) along with a dash of Chardonnay. Think apricots and lemons. And happiness.

Picco Attila Chardonnay Ribolla Gialla 2015

Helen says: This is a wine with curves, thanks to some of the Chardonnay being aged in oak barrels for a bit. From northern Italy, try it with roast chicken. Chunky.

Moulin de Pontfract Rosé 2016

Helen says:  A gorgeous pale pink rose from a family-owned estate in Provence made from a classic cocktail of Grenache and Cinsault grapes. Just twist and pour, my friend. Twist and pour

Affogato 2015

Helen says: Big, juicy red from the heel of Italy, Puglia. Made from a blend of local grapes including Nero di Troia, Negroamaro and Primitivo, this one loves barbecue food.

Chakana Nuna Estate Bonarda 2015

Helen says: From Argentina, this is supple as a gymnast. Made from the Bonarda grape, it’s loaded with ripe cherry fruits and wrapped in spice.

Saveur du Soleil Rouge 2015

Helen says: A heady, herby blend of Grenache, Alicante and Syrah grapes from the Languedoc region in southern France. Full of earthy bramble fruits, it’s properly warm and friendly.

Aluado Alicante Bouschet 2015

Helen says: Made from Alicante Bouschet, a Portuguese grape variety, this is as soft as a freshly plumped velvet cushion. Best enjoyed on the sofa.

Byron & Harold Secret Vineyard Merlot 2015

Helen says: From Western Australia’s Great Southern region, this is what Merlot with attitude tastes like: rich and smooth with ripe plummy fruit flavours.

Dominio de Artiga Reserva 2011

Helen says: Spain is full of brilliant off-the-beaten-track wines like this one, made from the Monastrell grape in the Yecla region. Big wine with smoky blueberry fruits – just add roast lamb.
