Find Wine!
“Are we going to run out of wine?” someone asked me last week. At first I thought they were referring to me personally, you know, at home.
Nothing to do with time at the bar (if you want to know just how bad I am at bar work, read this).

So, here are the things I’ve learned in the last month since being on the telly once a week: 1. The camera doesn’t add 10lbs.
So, deep breaths required when taking Youngest Girl to school for her first day last week. She was fine of course, looking tiny in her uniform, with a sweet but nervous smile on her face.
The last few weeks have been filled with days spent on various beaches. First in Brittany, where there was also a fair bit of time spent imbibing bread, cheese and wine.
Seven days into the school holidays and already it feels twice that. But, loving that we can have breakfast in pyjamas and I don’t have to shout say ‘Coat!
Hot weather = less clothes. I’m not great at less clothes, unless you count wearing my dressing gown, which I can do for hours, with ease, every Sunday morning.
Last Friday & Saturday I was at BritMums Live, an event that brings together 500 bloggers under one London roof to talk, listen, laugh, cry (well, you try listening to Katie Piper’s story and not end up in a sobbing heap on the floor).
