The Ned Pinot Grigio

Technically a white wine but when you pour it into the glass, you’ll see it’s actually very light pink. That’s because the skin of the grape has got a bit of colour to it so the juice, when left in contact with the skins once the grapes have been crushed, takes on a pinkish hue. And as for the wine, it smells faintly of rose petals and tastes of pear and nectarine. Refreshingly different. Love it.

  1. Several bottles of my The Ned Pinot Gris have bubbles formed in them.
Still tastes ok, but not quite as nice as the still bottles.
Is it ok? Or should I be tossing. Don’t want to make my friends sick. And I bought a few cases.
