Found Gros Manseng

Made from the Gros Manseng grape grown in South West France, this is all pear and spice and all things nice in the glass with extra oomph thanks to the wine being aged on its lees for a while before being bottled. I paired this recently with spicy pakoras on Saturday Kitchen and I loved it so much I had seconds. Ok, thirds.
