One of the wines in a new range in M&S called Found, featuring little-known grapes from some of the places best suited to growing them. This particular one is made from the little-known Ribolla Gialla (pronounced ja-lah, meaning yellow in Italian) grape, from northern Italy. It’s got a bit of peach, a lot of citrus and bags of freshness. And it’s the kind of white you want chilled in your glass if you’ve got anything seafood-y on your plate. This was a dream with crab cakes.
