Jurançon

This is part of Lidl’s latest Wine Tour so if you see one on shelf, grab it because it won’t be around for long. It’s a sweet wine from South West France, made from late harvest grapes (rather than noble rot like Sauternes). Naturally sweet but not at all cloying, it goes brilliantly with blue cheese or any sponge/fruit-based pudding. Or white milk chocolate – dreamy.
