It’s half term! No school run, no packed lunches, no last minute panics locating lost/clean school uniform and no form-filling. It’s almost felt like a mini-break of sorts even if we haven’t been anywhere.
Years ago, I went to a well known department store to buy a new camera. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but knew what I needed, if you know what I mean.
Much as I love chocolate at Easter I’m more about the wines on the table, tbh. And this year it looks like we’ll be able to finally get together in the garden with people other than the ones we live with!
We’re back in big jumper season again and honestly, I’m thrilled. Much as I love the feel of sun on skin give me a polo neck, roaring fire and a glass of red any day.
Still feeling a little weird about them going back to school. Don’t get me wrong: I’m loving having a quiet house to myself.
